We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry or provide our service:

• Contact form: your name, email address, business name, and message.
• AI chat widget: the messages you type during a chat session.

We do not use tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Contact form submissions are forwarded directly to our WhatsApp Business number so that a member of our team can respond to you. We do not store your form data on our servers.
• Chat messages are sent to our secure AI backend (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) and processed by Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Chat conversations are not stored after the session ends.

4. Third-Party Services

Your information may pass through the following third-party platforms as part of normal operation:

• WhatsApp (Meta): contact form data is delivered via WhatsApp. Meta's privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.
• Cloudflare Workers: our AI backend runs on Cloudflare's edge network. Cloudflare may process request metadata in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Google Gemini API: chat messages are processed by Google's Gemini model. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of visitor or chat data. Contact form submissions exist only within the WhatsApp conversation they are delivered to. Chat session data is discarded after each session ends.

• Request that we correct or delete any personal information we hold.
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time.
